By accessing or using ClickMVP ("Service"), operated by Onemandrop (Andre Luiz Dourado de Castro Ltda), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClickMVP is a SaaS platform that provides visual data modeling, code generation (Node.js, Prisma, React, Vite), and an MCP server for AI-assisted development. The Service includes access to a library of enterprise data models, a visual entity designer, layout/branding tools, and full-stack code generation.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
ClickMVP offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires an annual subscription (US$50/year or R$250/year). Payment is processed via Stripe. The subscription is a one-time annual payment with no automatic renewal.
All code generated by ClickMVP belongs to you. You receive a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code without restriction. This includes code generated during the free trial period. ClickMVP retains no rights over your generated output.
The enterprise data models available in ClickMVP are derived from open-source ERPs (such as ERPNext, licensed under GPL), public industry sample databases, and curated templates. These models serve as references for code generation. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the data model library separately from the Service.
You agree not to:
ClickMVP is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMVP and Onemandrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Given the 7-day free trial, refund requests after subscription purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@clickmvp.com for refund inquiries.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but you retain ownership of all code previously generated.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
