What developers ask before buying a base

A boilerplate ships the same base to every buyer: auth, billing and a sample screen, and every entity of your product is still yours to write. Here you model your product first and the base comes out with your own registries already implemented, from list and form screens to API, permissions, migrations and tests. After that it is code in your repository, and you change it like any other code.
Yes, that is the point. The generated project is a standard project with no runtime of ours inside it. You open it in your IDE, run it on your own infrastructure and change every line. It also ships claude.md, agents.md, Spec Kit specifications and Kiro steering files, so a coding agent understands the architecture from the first prompt.
Generating again produces a fresh project from the current model. It does not merge into the code you already changed, the same way a purchased boilerplate cannot apply its lifetime updates on top of your customized app. The practical path is the same in both cases: get the model right while it is still a base, generate, and own the repository from there. Because every module is generated from the same template, a module added later comes out with the same shape as the ones already in your repository.
